Preparation
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or if hand breading, prepare a frying pan.

Seasoning
Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper on all sides.

Cooking
If grilling, place the tenderloin directly on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). If frying, heat olive oil in the pan over medium heat and cook the breaded pork for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving
Remove the pork from the grill or frying pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with dijon mustard on the side.
