Cooking Directions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for a stronger flavor.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- 4
Serve
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the char-grilled chicken with your choice of sides or on a salad.
