Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring the water, lemon halves, and Old Bay seasoning to a boil.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the jumbo shrimp to the boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Chill
Remove the shrimp from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Once chilled, drain the shrimp and pat dry.

Serve
Arrange the shrimp on a platter with cocktail sauce in the center and garnish with lemon wedges.
