Prepare the Tomato Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Blend the Cheeses
In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, provolone, feta, and parmesan cheeses. Mix well until all cheeses are evenly distributed.

Assemble the Dish
Spread the spicy tomato sauce evenly in a baking dish. Spoon the cheese mixture over the sauce, spreading it evenly.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the assembled dish for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
