Prepare Ingredients
Wash and measure
Rinse the blueberries and raspberries under cold water and drain well. Measure out the frozen cranberries, cranberry juice, skim milk, scoop the honey whey protein, and level the nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt.
Blend Smoothie
Layer ingredients in blender
Add the liquids first: pour 120 ml chilled cranberry juice and 120 ml cold skim milk into the blender. This helps the blades move freely.
Add the fresh blueberries (1 cup), fresh raspberries (1 cup), and 1/2 cup frozen cranberries on top of the liquids to keep the frozen fruit toward the blades.
If you prefer a thicker, colder texture, add 4 ice cubes. For a slightly thinner smoothie, omit the ice or add 1–2 tbsp additional milk.
Secure the blender lid and blend on medium-high for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and uniformly colored. Pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula once if needed, then blend another 10–15 seconds.
Adjust and Serve
Pour the Triple Berry Blast into two chilled 12-oz (approx. 350 ml) glasses or one large 20-24 oz glass.
Garnish each glass with a sprinkle of fresh berry mix (about 1 tbsp per glass) and 1–2 fresh mint leaves. Optionally, serve with a reusable straw.
