Smoothie Preparation

1

Prepare ingredients

If using frozen açaí puree, briefly thaw so it breaks up easily (about 2–3 minutes at room temperature). Slice the banana if not already sliced and rinse the raspberries. Measure out the sorbetto, yogurt, and açaí juice.

2

Layer and blend

Add to a high-speed blender in this order: açaí puree or concentrate (1 cup), strawberry sorbetto (1/2 cup), plain fresh yogurt (1/2 cup), sliced banana (1 each), and fresh raspberries (1/2 cup). Pour in açaí juice (1/4 cup) to help the blender move. If you prefer a thicker texture, omit the juice or reduce to 2 tablespoons.

3

Adjust sweetness and texture

Taste the mixture and add honey or agave syrup (up to 1 teaspoon) if you prefer it sweeter. If the mixture is too thick, add additional açaí juice or a splash of water (1 tablespoon at a time). If too thin, add 1–2 ice cubes or an additional 2 tablespoons of sorbetto and pulse to thicken.

4

Blend to smooth

Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and uniformly colored with no large pieces of fruit remaining. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed, then blend another 5–10 seconds.

Serve & Garnish

5

Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass (about 16 oz capacity).

6

Top with the reserved fresh raspberries (6 each) and banana slices (4 each) arranged on top or on the rim for presentation.

7

Serve immediately with a straw. Optionally, add a small drizzle of honey over the top for extra shine and sweetness.
