Smoothie Preparation

1

Prepare fruit

Hull the strawberries and halve larger berries so they blend evenly. Peel and break the banana into chunks. Measure juices, sorbetto, and yogurt so everything is ready to add to the blender.

2

Layer in blender

Into a high-speed blender add the orange juice and pineapple juice first (this helps blades move freely), then add the yogurt, banana chunks, and strawberries. Top with the orange sorbetto and optional ice cubes. If you want extra sweetness, add the honey or agave now.

3

Blend

Secure the lid and blend on medium-high to high for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in color. Stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula once if needed, then blend again for 10–15 seconds to fully incorporate.

4

Check texture and adjust

If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) more orange juice and pulse to combine. If too thin, add 1 ounce (30 ml) additional sorbetto or 1–2 ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.

5

Serve

Pour the SUNNY DAY smoothie into a chilled 12–14 oz glass. Garnish with a halved strawberry on the rim, a thin banana slice, and a mint sprig if using. Serve immediately with a straw.
