Method

Preparation

1

Chill and prep

If you prefer an extra-cold smoothie, place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. Hull and rinse the strawberries, peel and slice the banana, and measure the passion guava juice, yogurt, and sorbetto.

Blending

2

Add the strawberries, sliced banana, passion guava juice, and fresh yogurt to a high-speed blender.

3

Spoon in the strawberry sorbetto. The sorbetto provides intense strawberry flavor and helps thicken and chill the drink.

4

Add the ice cubes. If you prefer a thicker, more slushy texture, add 1–2 more ice cubes. For a sweeter drink, add the optional teaspoon of honey or simple syrup.

5

Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no large ice or fruit chunks. Pause and scrape down the sides once if needed, then blend another 10–15 seconds.

Finishing & Serving

6

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed: add 1 teaspoon more honey/simple syrup for sweetness or 2 tablespoons more passion guava juice if too thick, then pulse to combine.

7

Pour the Strawburst smoothie into the chilled serving glass, leaving a small gap at the top to avoid overflow.

8

Garnish with halved fresh strawberries, a banana slice on the rim, and a small mint sprig if desired.

9

Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy.
