Method
Smoothie Base
Prepare fruit
If using fresh mango, peel and chop into roughly 1-inch pieces. If blueberries are frozen, there's no need to thaw. Measure out passion guava juice, yogurt, and orange sorbetto so they are ready to add to the blender.
Initial blending
Add the chopped mango, blueberries, 1/2 cup passion guava juice, and 1/2 cup plain yogurt to a high-speed blender. Blend on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
Add sorbetto and adjust texture
Add 3/4 cup orange sorbetto to the blender. If you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie, add 1/2 cup ice now. Blend on high for another 15–25 seconds until the sorbetto is fully incorporated and the texture is creamy and thick.
Optional finishing & balance
Taste the smoothie. If it needs more sweetness, add 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup and blend very briefly (5–7 seconds). If it needs brightness, add 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice and pulse once.
Check thickness. If the smoothie is too thick, add up to 2 tablespoons (30 ml) more passion guava juice and pulse until combined. If it is too thin, add a small spoonful of sorbetto or a few ice cubes and blend until desired thickness is reached.
Serve: Pour the Bronco Berry smoothie into a 16-ounce (about 475 ml) glass. Garnish with 4–6 fresh blueberries and 1–2 mint leaves on top. Optionally, serve with a straw.
