Acai Smoothie Base
Blend
In a high-speed blender combine frozen raspberries (3 cups), frozen blueberries (1.5 cups), ripe banana (1), acai juice (1 cup), Greek yogurt (0.75 cups), and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend on high until smooth and thick, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. The mixture should be scoopable but pourable — adjust consistency with small additional splashes of acai juice (1–2 tbsp at a time) if too thick, or a few ice cubes if too thin.
Taste and adjust
Taste the blended base and add up to 1 more teaspoon honey if you prefer sweeter, or 1–2 tablespoons yogurt for tang and creaminess. If using optional chia seeds, stir 1 teaspoon into the blender briefly to incorporate.
Assembling the Bowl
Spoon the acai mixture into a wide serving bowl, dividing evenly if making more than one. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create an even surface for toppings.
Arrange toppings: sprinkle 3/4 cup granola over one side of the bowl; place fresh raspberries (6), fresh blueberries (12), and sliced banana (0.5) in small clusters across the top for color and texture. Add a 1/4 cup dollop of extra yogurt in the center or on the side.
Finish and serve: Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey evenly over the toppings. If using bee pollen or toasted coconut, sprinkle 1 teaspoon as a final garnish. Serve immediately with a spoon so the granola stays crunchy.
