Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sirloin Steak

Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tamari Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and tamari sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and have absorbed the sauce.

  4. 4

Make the Black Garlic Truffle Aioli

In a small bowl, mash the black garlic cloves and mix with truffle oil, a pinch of salt, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Garden Vegetables

Steam or sauté the garden vegetables of your choice until tender.
