Frying the Squid

  3. 3

    Fry the Squid

Carefully add the coated squid to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Making Dill Yogurt Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
