Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Falafel

If using store-bought falafel, follow the package instructions for heating. If making from scratch, prepare your falafel mixture, shape into balls, and fry or bake until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Grill the Onion

Slice the onion into rings and grill them over medium heat until softened and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

Assembling the Wraps

  1. 4

    Assemble the Wrap

Warm the garlic naan slightly in a pan or microwave. Spread a layer of dill yogurt on each naan. Add a generous amount of falafel, followed by lettuce, grilled onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and black olives.

  2. 5

    Drizzle with Tahini Dressing

Finish the wrap by drizzling tahini dressing over the fillings.

  3. 6

    Wrap and Serve

Fold the naan over the fillings and serve immediately. Enjoy your Falafel Naan Wrap!
