Method

Prepare the Potatoes

  1. 1

    Roast the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the baby potatoes in half and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Cook the Steak

  1. 2

    Grill the Steak

Season the rib cut steak with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Brush with whiskey BBQ sauce during the last minute of cooking.

Sauté the Broccolini

  1. 3

    Sauté the Broccolini

In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccolini and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare Loaded Sour Cream

  1. 4

    Mix Loaded Sour Cream

In a bowl, combine sour cream, chopped chives, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

Serve

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

Slice the steak and serve it alongside the roasted potatoes and sautéed broccolini. Top with the loaded sour cream.
