Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep.
- 2
Make the Glaze
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- 3
- 4
Roast the Ham
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes per pound, or until heated through.
- 5
Final Glaze Application
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize. Baste the ham with the drippings every 15 minutes.
- 6
Serve
Once fully cooked, remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
