Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop your desired ingredients (onion, green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños, bacon, black olives, spinach, sausage, ham) and set them aside.

2

Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until fully combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3

Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat until melted.

4

Cook the Vegetables

Add the onions and green peppers (or any other vegetables you choose) to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

5

Add Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan to ensure even coverage. Allow the eggs to cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges begin to set.

6

Add Fillings

Sprinkle your desired toppings (mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños, bacon, black olives, spinach, sausage, ham, cheddar cheese) over one half of the omelet.

7

Fold the Omelet

Once the eggs are mostly set, carefully fold the omelet in half using a spatula. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the inside to cook through.

8

Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your customizable BYO omelet!
