Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from the skillet and let rest.

Cook the Hash Browns
In the same skillet, add the hash browns and cook according to package instructions, or until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Toast the Bread
While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

Serve
Plate the pork chops, eggs, and hash browns. Serve with toast on the side and a cup of apple sauce.
