Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguini noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and blackened. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- 4
Make the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine Everything
Add the cooked linguini and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic parmesan cream sauce. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Serve
Plate the pasta, top with sliced blackened chicken, and garnish with additional parmesan cheese. Serve with warm breadsticks on the side.
