1. Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk, 1 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of pepper until well combined.

2. Cook the Eggs

In a skillet, melt 2 tbs of butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your liking.

Lunch

3. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine 2 pieces of chicken breast with 2 tbs of olive oil, minced garlic (3 cloves), and 2 tbs of lemon juice. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Serve on a bed of 4 cups of mixed salad greens.

Dinner

5. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add 8 oz of pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

6. Make the Marinara

In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of marinara sauce over medium heat. Add 1 tsp of salt and simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Combine and Serve

Toss the cooked pasta with the marinara sauce and top with 0.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese and 0.25 cups of chopped basil before serving.
