Method

Prepare the Pork

  1. 1

    Cook the Ground Pork

In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground pork. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up the meat.

Make the Mac and Cheese

  1. 2

    Cook the Macaroni

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 3

    Prepare Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 4

    Add Cheese

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese and mustard powder, mixing until smooth. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.

Assemble the Bowl

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl or serving dish, layer the mac and cheese, followed by the cooked pork. Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over the top.

  2. 6

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle fried onions and crushed potato chips on top for added crunch. Serve immediately.
