Method

Cooking the Oats

  1. 1

    Prepare Steel Cut Oats

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 cup of steel cut oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats reach your desired level of tenderness.

Preparing the Bowl

  1. 2

    Prepare the Toppings

While the oats are cooking, wash and slice the strawberries and banana. In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and honey to create a sweet chia mixture.

  2. 3

    Assemble the Bowl

Once the oats are cooked, divide them into serving bowls. Top each bowl with the sliced strawberries, banana slices, blueberries, a generous scoop of granola, and a drizzle of the honey-chia mixture. Finally, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar to finish.
