Mango Habanero Cream Cheese
Method
Preparing the Fries
- 1
Fry the Potatoes
Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen French fries to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 2
Season the Fries
While the fries are still hot, sprinkle salt over them to taste. Toss gently to ensure the fries are evenly coated.
