In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Dredge each cheese curd in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Next, dip into the egg mixture, and finally, coat again with the flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.

In a deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer for accuracy.

Carefully add a few breaded cheese curds to the hot oil, avoiding overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
