Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until well combined and creamy.

  2. 2

    Add Seasonings

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Combine Beer and Worcestershire Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the beer and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and heat until the mixture is warm but not boiling.

  2. 4

    Mix in Cheese Mixture

Gradually add the cheese mixture to the warm beer mixture, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and smooth. Remove from heat once fully melted.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Beer Cheese

Pour the beer cheese into cups or bowls for serving. If desired, garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika.
