1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and prepare them by dicing the ham, chopping the onion and bell pepper, and slicing the mushrooms.

2. Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
