Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the onion, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeno pepper.
- 2
Cook the Chorizo
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 4
Add Tomatoes and Jalapenos
Stir in the diced tomatoes and jalapeno pepper, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- 5
Mix in Salsa
Pour in the salsa and mix well, allowing it to heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded Swiss and mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and let it cook until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- 7
Season and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.
