Brownie Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2
Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt.
- 4
Combine Mixtures
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5
Bake
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 6
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Serve warm with Big Dipper vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle with cardamom infused oil.
