Prime Rib Slider Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Prime Rib

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the prime rib roast with salt and black pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and cook for about 1.5 - 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

2

Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and salt, cooking until they are soft and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

3

Prepare Horseradish Cream

In a bowl, mix the sour cream, prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the dinner rolls in half. Layer the bottom half with slices of prime rib, followed by the caramelized onions, and a dollop of horseradish cream. Top with the other half of the roll.

5

Serve

Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
