Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pappardelle

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3

Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque.

4

Add the Vegetables

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, black olives, roasted red peppers, and spinach. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.

5

Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked pappardelle to the skillet, tossing gently to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

6

Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in fresh basil, and serve immediately.
