Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Baste the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Broil the Lobster Tails

Preheat the broiler. Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with additional garlic butter halfway through cooking.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
