Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparation

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  4. 4

    Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  5. 5

    Baste with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush the TR’s Original™ BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  6. 6

    Final Cooking

Optionally, for a caramelized effect, place the ribs on a grill or under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.

  7. 7

    Serve

Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
