For the Baby Back Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together.

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, coating them evenly.

Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

In a bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon zest. Mix until well blended.
