Method

For the Baby Back Ribs

    Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C).

    In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together.

    Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, coating them evenly.

    Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

    Remove ribs from the foil and brush them with BBQ sauce. Grill for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting with more sauce.

For the Ribeye Steak

    Season the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
