Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Coat the Cauliflower

In a separate bowl, combine the Kickin’ flour and cornmeal. Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture until they are well-coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Toss in Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the crispy cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the cauliflower is baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the crispy buffalo-style cauliflower hot with bleu cheese dressing on the side, along with the carrot and celery sticks.
