Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.

Coat the Cauliflower
In a separate bowl, combine the Kickin’ flour and cornmeal. Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture until they are well-coated.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the crispy cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the cauliflower is baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

Serve
Serve the crispy buffalo-style cauliflower hot with bleu cheese dressing on the side, along with the carrot and celery sticks.
