Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill them over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Once done, let them rest, then slice into strips.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Lemon Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the juice of one lemon, 1 cup of grated Asiago cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

  4. 4

    Combine Everything

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked linguine, sliced chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and lemon Alfredo sauce. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the Chicken Alfredo Florentine, topping each serving with additional Asiago cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
