Prepare the Coffee Mixture

    Brew Coffee

    Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and allow it to cool slightly.

    Mix Coffee and Liqueur

    In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee with 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur. Set aside.

Make the Mascarpone Filling

    In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.

    Mix Egg Yolks and Sugar

    In another bowl, whisk together 3 large egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar until thick and pale.

    Gently fold in 16 oz of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the egg yolk mixture until smooth.

    Fold in Whipped Cream

    Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.

Assemble the Tiramisu

    Dip Ladyfingers

    Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they soak but don't become soggy.

    Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.

    Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the layer of ladyfingers.
