Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Adjust Consistency
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency. Blend again if needed.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it, filling it almost to the top.

Top the cocktail with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes for decoration.
