Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s fully liquid.

  2. 5

    Add Lemon Juice and Garlic

Stir in the lemon juice and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the garlic is fragrant.

  3. 6

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Transfer the grilled salmon to serving plates and drizzle generously with the lemon butter sauce. Serve immediately.
