Fry the Tortillas
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the corn tortillas one at a time and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Pork
In a saucepan, cook the pork ribs until tender. This can take about 1-1.5 hours on low heat. Once cooked, shred the meat off the bones and mix it with the tomatillo sauce.

Assemble the Tostadas
Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each fried tortilla. Top with the pork mixture, shredded lettuce, a drizzle of plain cream, and sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
