Method
Prepare Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Brew Tea
Remove the saucepan from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain and Sweeten
Strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher. Stir in 1 cup of sugar until fully dissolved.

Cool the Tea
Let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Prepare Milk

Mix Milk
In a separate container, mix together 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk, and 1 cup of whole or coconut milk.
