Chill the Sparkling Wine
Place the bottle of sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

Juice the Oranges
If not using pre-packaged juice, squeeze fresh oranges to yield 2 cups of orange juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
Mixing

Combine the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled sparkling wine and fresh orange juice. Gently stir to combine the two ingredients, taking care not to lose the fizz.

Prepare the Glasses
Fill each flute or glass with the mimosa mixture, filling them about 2/3 full to allow room for garnishes.
