Preparing the Dough

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar until well combined.

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Combine and Knead
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the yeast mixture. Add melted unsalted butter and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface until smooth.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Cream Cheese Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.

Roll Out Dough
Once dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.

Cut and Fill
Cut the rolled dough into squares or circles. Place a spoonful of cream cheese filling in the center of half the pieces and a spoonful of blueberry filling in the center of the other half.
