Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the white fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and easily flake with a fork. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before flaking into pieces.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Lime Crema Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Crema

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Taco Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. To assemble, place a few pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, drizzle with lime crema, and serve with lime wedges on the side.
