Gather Ingredients
Collect all the cold sub ingredients, condiments, and breads on a clean, flat surface.

Prepare the Sub Rolls
Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through, leaving a hinge.

Layer the Ingredients
On each sub roll, start by spreading a layer of mayonnaise and mustard on the inside. Then, layer the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickles, and your choice of meats and cheeses to create a filling sandwich.

Drizzle with Dressing
Top each sub with a drizzle of Italian dressing for added flavor.

Arrange the Party Tray
Place the completed subs on a large serving platter, arranging them in an appealing manner for guests.

Cutting the Subs (Optional)
If desired, cut the assembled subs into smaller portions for easier serving.
