Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and toss again until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve warm, and enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
