Preparing the Fries

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries packaging.

Coat Fries
In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen French fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.

Arrange Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake Fries
Bake the fries according to package instructions until they are golden and crispy, usually around 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
Preparing the Toppings

Heat Skillet
While the fries are baking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add Plant-Based Beef
Once the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the grilled plant-based beef and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Set Toppings Aside
Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Impossible Fries

Transfer Fries
Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.

Top the fries with the sautéed mushroom, onion, pepper, and plant-based beef mixture.

Sprinkle the white American cheese over the top of the loaded fries.
