Turkey Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Season the Turkey
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Roast the Turkey
Place the seasoned turkey breast on a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest and Pull the Turkey
Remove the turkey from the oven and allow it to rest for 20 minutes. After resting, use two forks to pull the turkey into shreds.
Coleslaw Preparation

Combine Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Toss the ingredients together until the cabbage and carrots are evenly coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Prepare the Sandwiches
Slice the sandwich rolls in half and spread a layer of mayonnaise on each side.

Add Cheese and Turkey
Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll, followed by a generous portion of the pulled turkey.

Add a scoop of coleslaw on top of the turkey, then drizzle with Russian dressing.
