Prepare the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced grilled chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Assembly
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, mix them together in the skillet to combine flavors. Remove from heat.
- 4
Prepare the Rolls
Slice the sub rolls or hoagie rolls lengthwise, leaving one side intact to create a pocket. Optionally, toast the rolls in the oven or on a skillet until lightly crispy.
- 5
Fill the Rolls
Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly among the rolls. Top each filled roll with provolone cheese.
- 6
Melt the Cheese
Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Serve Hot
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your chicken cheesesteaks hot!
