Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is hot when you place the bread inside.

Prepare the Bread
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create two open-faced pieces. Place the halves on a baking sheet.
Garlic Mixture

Make the Garlic Mixture
Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Spread the Mixture
Evenly spread the garlic mixture over the cut sides of the French bread.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic spread on both halves of the bread.
Baking

Bake the Garlic Bread
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
