Method
To Prepare the Burrata

Place the burrata cheese on a serving plate and set aside while you prepare the accompaniments.
To Make the Sicilian Pistachio Butter

Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine the shelled pistachios, unsalted butter, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the pistachio butter and adjust salt if necessary. Set aside.
To Prepare the Tomato Jam

Cook Tomatoes
In a saucepan, add the cherry tomatoes, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Simmer
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes have broken down and the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
To Toast the Tuscan Bread

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Prepare Bread
Place the slices of Tuscan bread on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil.

Toast
Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
To Serve

Arrange the toasted Tuscan bread on a serving platter. Serve the burrata cheese alongside the Sicilian pistachio butter and tomato jam for dipping.
