Method

Preparing the Wagyu Beef

  1. 1

    Slow-Roast the Beef

Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C). Season the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing thinly.

Preparing the Turkey and Bacon

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hand-Pulled Turkey

If using pre-cooked hand-pulled turkey, simply heat it in a microwave or on a stovetop until warmed through. If you are making it from scratch, cook turkey breast in a slow cooker with seasoning until it can be easily shredded.

  2. 3

    Cook the Bacon

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Toast the Bread

Lightly toast the slices of club sandwich bread until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Layer the Ingredients

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread. On the first slice, layer with lettuce leaves, followed by a generous portion of sliced Wagyu beef. Next, add the hand-pulled turkey, followed by crispy bacon and a slice of provolone cheese.

  3. 6

    Add Vegetables

On the second slice of bread, layer with sliced tomatoes and onions. Place this slice on top of the first layer to create the sandwich.

  4. 7

    Finish the Sandwich

Top the sandwich with the third slice of bread, which should also be spread with mayonnaise. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
